4 cups (32 oz) ginger ale or sparkling water, well-chilled
1 cup fresh cranberries, for garnish
1-2 limes, thinly sliced, for garnish
Ice or festive ice ring, for serving


Instructions

Step 1: Chill Everything Thoroughly: At least 2-4 hours before serving, ensure your cranberry juice, frozen limeade concentrate, and ginger ale (or sparkling water) are all well-chilled in the refrigerator. This is essential for keeping the punch cold without over-diluting it with ice too quickly.
Step 2: Prepare Your Garnish: Wash fresh cranberries and slice your limes. If you’re making an ice ring, prepare that a day in advance by freezing water with cranberries and lime slices in a bundt pan or round container.
Step 3: Combine the Base: In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the chilled cranberry juice and frozen limeade concentrate. Stir well until the limeade concentrate is fully dissolved and the mixture is uniform.
Step 4: Add the Fizz (Just Before Serving): Right before your guests arrive, gently pour in the chilled ginger ale or sparkling water. Stir gently once or twice to combine, being careful not to lose too much of the fizz.
